About Maison Pierre Marcolini
Pierre Marcolini founded his namesake Maison in Brussels in 1995, driven by a passion for craftsmanship and a bold, ethical vision. As a pioneer of the bean to bar movement, he carefully oversees every stage of the chocolate-making process, starting from the cacao bean itself. His commitment to excellence is reflected in his direct sourcing of grand cru cacao from independent producers in regions such as Cuba, Indonesia, India, São Tomé and Príncipe, Peru, Venezuela, Madagascar, and China. The Maison’s creations are further elevated by rare and exceptional ingredients including Moroccan pink berries, Iranian pistachios, Sichuan pepper, Madagascan vanilla, Sicilian lemons, Ceylon cinnamon, and Piedmont hazelnuts, all chosen to create a unique and refined taste experience.
