Job Description

The International Sales Intern supports the International Project Leader in monitoring international markets and export operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in international sales, coordination with local markets, and collaboration with internal teams including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Production. You will gain practical insights into global business operations while contributing meaningfully to the organization's international expansion and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring international markets in Asia and the Middle East and support communication between headquarters and local teams
• Help collect and consolidate market needs and feedback from regional partners
• Support export operations by preparing documents, tracking shipments, and ensuring timelines are met
• Collaborate with Production and Logistics teams to follow up on orders and deliveries
• Monitor product availability and logistics lead times to optimize supply chain performance
• Contribute to improving and streamlining existing export processes
• Support teams in international collection development and launch projects
• Participate in tracking export launches and ensuring project milestones are achieved
• Assist with marketing reporting and monitoring selected commercial and Supply Chain performance indicators
• Take part in projects to improve tools and working methods

Candidate Profile

We are looking for motivated students or recent graduates with a passion for international business who thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments. You should demonstrate strong organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine eagerness to learn about global sales and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate combines attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and geographies.

Experience & Expertise Required:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Available for a minimum 6-month internship commitment
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus
• Previous international experience or experience working in a multicultural environment is appreciated
