Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated B2B Account & Order Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Maison Pierre Marcolini. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our luxury chocolate, pastry, confectionery, and ice cream operations and our business-to-business clients worldwide. You will manage the complete order lifecycle—from initial client inquiries through delivery and invoicing—while supporting the growth of our B2B channel across our 67 boutiques and distribution network. Your day-to-day responsibilities will blend client relationship management, administrative precision, and logistical coordination, all within a fast-paced, international environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the expansion of Maison Pierre Marcolini's presence in key markets such as Japan, China, South Korea, Dubai, the UK, Germany, France, and beyond.
