Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated B2B Account & Order Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Maison Pierre Marcolini. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our luxury chocolate, pastry, confectionery, and ice cream operations and our business-to-business clients worldwide. You will manage the complete order lifecycle—from initial client inquiries through delivery and invoicing—while supporting the growth of our B2B channel across our 67 boutiques and distribution network. Your day-to-day responsibilities will blend client relationship management, administrative precision, and logistical coordination, all within a fast-paced, international environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the expansion of Maison Pierre Marcolini's presence in key markets such as Japan, China, South Korea, Dubai, the UK, Germany, France, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and follow up on client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the complete order process: prepare quotations, create delivery notes, process and register orders, monitor deliveries, and handle invoicing
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing materials for the B2B channel
  • Participate in client meetings and represent the Maison at relevant industry events and prospection activities
  • Support the prospection and acquisition of new B2B clients
  • Provide logistical support by printing orders, creating transport labels, and coordinating shipping logistics

Experience & Expertise Required:

  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Dutch is considered a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with order management, client communication, or B2B coordination
  • Proficiency with office software and order management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
