Job Description

Pierre Marcolini is a renowned Gastronomy House specialized in the creation, production, and distribution of luxury chocolates, pastries, confectionery, and ice cream. Founded by world champion chocolatier Pierre Marcolini, the Maison is internationally recognized for its craftsmanship, creativity, and commitment to excellence.

As part of the launch of new chocolate creations, we are looking for passionate, dynamic, and performance-driven Brand Promoters to deliver an exceptional customer experience and embody the elegance of the Maison.

As a Brand Promoter, you are the voice and ambassador of the brand, creating memorable customer interactions and transforming curiosity into loyalty. Your main responsibilities include:

• Welcoming, advising, and assisting customers with professionalism and elegance;
• Promoting new product launches while sharing the story, values, and craftsmanship of the Maison;
• Understanding customer needs and delivering a personalized experience;
• Driving sales performance and contributing to customer loyalty through a proactive sales approach;
• Presenting the origins, expertise, and uniqueness of our products through engaging storytelling;
• Representing the premium image of the Maison through excellent communication and presentation;
• Maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and high standards of the point of sale.

Profile

• Experience or strong affinity with sales, brand promotion, or luxury products;
• Passion for premium chocolate and gastronomy;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented personality;
• Results-driven mindset with strong sales motivation;
• Ability to create memorable customer experiences;
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Languages

• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Fluent in French (mandatory)
• Fluent in Dutch / Flemish (mandatory)

Working Schedule

You will work in two shifts:

• 06:00 AM – 01:00 PM
• 01:00 PM – 08:00 PM

Weekend and public holiday availability is required.
